Rental Policies & Details

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Self check-in via lockbox is available).
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests can be accommodated based on calendar availability for a small fee.

Booking & Fees

  • Security Deposit: $150 refundable damage deposit required upon booking.
  • Cleaning Fee: $75 one-time charge per stay.
  • Weekly Discount: 10% automatically applied to stays of 7–27 nights.
  • Monthly Discount: 20% automatically applied to stays of 28+ nights.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a generous cancellation policy for direct bookings. Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full 100% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.

Villa Rules

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
  • No smoking inside the villa (designated outdoor smoking area permitted).
  • No parties, loud music, or unregistered commercial events.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
